Sara, C.E.O. and owner of The Snackery™ Bakeshop, has been creating unique sweets and treats ever since she was a little girl. From the moment she got her first Easy-Bake Oven, Sara learned to wield a spoon with an extra dash of imagination. While at The University of Arizona, Sara ran a small cookie company out of her college dorm room. She sold her cookies and treats throughout the campus, as well as at a number of local stores, all to rave reviews.
After graduation, Sara spent several years in Los Angeles, where she worked as a television agent and later ran her own television production company creating and Executive Producing shows for E!, Lifetime, Oxygen, and TLC., the East Coast native moved back home to Manhattan and resurrected her inner baker. Happily married to her biggest fan and a new mom, Sara created Sara Snacker Cookie Co. in 2008.
Now after nearly 10 years of running Sara Snacker Cookie Company, she is thrilled to continue to surprise and delight her customers with her unique take on retro American classics with a complete line of special occasion cakes, treats and more at her first ever storefront, The Snackery™ Bakeshop!
Amazing. Everything in the shop is truly amazing. From all of the daily goodies to customized cakes. I had my daughter’s sweet 16th bday cake made by Snackery and they out did themselves. It was perfect in every way. From the details to the taste. Snackery will be my go to bakery. They are the best. Hands down 10 out of 10.
I’m always search for a new bakery that has a great chocolate chip cookie and of course an excellent latte or cappuccino. Well, this morning , I wandered into The Snackery Bakeshop and I was very impressed with their delicious selection of cookies and muffins. They also had fabulous looking cakes for all occasions as well as lots of other items including mini quiches and great looking edible gifts. There were young people sitting with their children indoors as well as outdoor seating. And my latte was perfect!
Sara and her team knocked it out of the park again. I buy her cakes for every special event/party and she outdoes herself EVERY SINGLE TIME. We had 3 cakes yesterday for a large party and people lined up and got seconds. So tasty and beautiful! Great vibes in the bakery and such yummy baked goods.

Their cookies made from scratch were authentic and mouthwatering, tried a piece of carrot cake and it was simply irresistible – their hot chocolate speaks for itself as a unique blend created a very satisfying taste! Will certainly be coming back here again to order my birthday cake 🔥!
Since the opening of this Bakery I have tried a large assortment of cookies and cakes. Everything has been excellent. Nothing ever just tastes ok it’s all Delicious. The entire Staff is always helpful and they know about the products they make in house. The owners Sarah and Paul are very nice people and always engage you in a conversation. They bring a Family atmosphere to their business. They made me a specialty cake that was Delicious and the artistic design was above and beyond what I expected.
We ordered our daughters 1st birthday cake from here and had such a wonderful experience! Such helpful and friendly staff. The cake and cupcakes turned out beautiful and tasted even better. Highly recommend! We will be back.
Wow! This is such a great bakery!! Everything I have had there so far is absolutely delicious. I like that the pastries are not super sweet. It’s just right when it comes to sugar content. Here are my favorites: the Yo-Ho’s (their version of the Ho-Ho which I loved as a kid!), Lil Devil red velvet ring ding (their version of ring dings which is so much better with quality chocolate and moist red velvet sponge), Brown sugar Pop-tart (way better than the packaged ones, a whole new level of yummy), and a package of gluten free cheese straws. My co-worker bought their cake and said it was beautiful and delicious. The Twinkie varieties look great too. Next time!
